MONICAS NEW REALITY SHOW - AND I AM IN IT!

So yesterday I went to a very exclusive private concert for Monica. She is doing a reality show that will air on BET in October so this is what the concert was for.

So I will start off saying BET was on super CP time having us stand outside in the HEAT for 2 hours for a SOUNDCHECK. OMG it was ridiculous and I felt like I was gonna faint. BET GET IT TOGETHER!

But once they did it everything was cool! Monica is very pretty in person and she is so tiny for someone who has 2 kids! Thats a BAD BISH!

I made sure I was in thefront for most of it so you will be seeing me! By the way there were so many male groupies there it wasnt even funny. Esecially these two guys(assuming they ere lovers) they ket pushing me and getting on my nerves because they wanted Monica to see them. DAMN YOU WANNA BE SEEN THAT BAD! I dont care if you are gay, you are still a man and you still need to be a GENTLEMAN when you are near a woman. OMG the BITCHASNESS in ATLANTA!

She was so sweet and humble and it was great. I almost forgot how talented Monica is. She can blow and I mean BLOW from her diaphram! I love her...I always have and I want her to make this COMEBACK!

It was so refreshing to see her, not in a celebrity groupie way because I dont get star struck, but because I did grow up with her music and the industry needs her. I am sorry but I feel like Beyonce wants to dominate the industry and she can be the only "talented" woman singer out there...but I believe she is scared if she sits down for even a month someone as talented as Monica will have Beyonce nervous...But not a Beyonce hater just want her to give it a little baby rest.

Monica has been in the game for awhile, she might not be a big dancers, she might be slightly hood, but she produces great music! We need Monica back in the game & I cant wait.

DERWIN DAVIS: MY KIND OF GUY

If you watch "The Game" you know who DERWIN DAVIS is (MY URBAN SOAP OPERA).

I love him, or atleast his character, not only because he is sexy but because of the personality trait.

I know what my type is now and "Derwin Davis" is exactly the type I like.

The cute, humble, sweet-kindhearted, sometimes lame, goofy, down-to-earth type of guy.
I usually dont attract too many "Derwin's". I usually attract the totally opposites.

The fake thugs, cheaters, egotistical, flashy, arrogant, selfish kind of guy. Tired of those.

I dont want a sexy thug boy anymore. I want a "humble sweetheart".

Derwin reminds me so much of my boo its crazy. Yes Derwin is cute, but he is like the type some dumb girls overlook because he is "nice" and not the average egotistical "asshole" like I described earlier. Some girls like that though...I dont!

Derwin & Melanie situation reminds me of so much what I went through in my relationship in more than one way its crazy! Its the one show I can seriously relate to.

I was the one going to school and was not the type of girl to be with him for his money. Just wanted a nice humble guy to share my life with. She was also very pretty but not materialistic or conceited. Another humble person and that is why Derwin & Melanie were so perfect for each other.

Anyways there are not too many DERWIN'S in the world. At least not in my world.
I truly just adore the sweet, laid-back, even lame at times, type of guy. I dont want the generic type of guy that follows trend at try to epitomizes what makes him a MAN.

He is a simple guy and I like that because someone has to balance me out alittle. I am the type who is so extroverted sometimes that I love introverts and that laid-backness calms me. I Love it! He is funny in his own right, he doesnt try too hard to get attention or to be Mr.Popular. He just is...

You can tell he is genuinely a nice guy. Derwin or Pooch reguardless I love him!

TWITTER IS COOL...BUT I STILL LOVE MY FACEBOOK

So people, including myself, have jump on the TwitterTrain (follow me www.twitter.com/kiwimami).

If you dont know what Twitter is but have a Facebook, let me break it down to you what this new phenomenomn is. Basically it is like updating your Facebook status 24/7 all day every day...about random ish...

So people are talking that since the Tweet updates are better than updating one's Facebook status, that surely FB is useless now right. WRONG! WRONG WRONG!

Twitter is cool but I still have so much Love for FaceBook! It still has things that I love. Twitter is #1 rising social media networking site right now, but Facebook still has plenty of love...and I will tell you why.

-Because you can still be super nosy- Yes I said it! Everyone knows Facebook is like stalkerville. With the ease of the FB Newsfeeds, you can look at people's everything from their photos, to status updates, to dating, to wall postings. You gotta keep up with people, even the ones you haven't talk to since high school. Its like following Celebrity gossip, only with people you actually know (Girl guess who is pregnant now, again?)

-Because of the photos- I cant be the only one who can wait to go out and do something with my friends and we all have our cameras so we can yes...POST THEM ON FACEBOOK! I know I am not the only one and its fun to get tag and tag your friends. Also bonus points to tag your friends doing stupid, embarassing things to tag them in so they can fuss and beg you to take it down (NOOO!) Confession Alert: I love tagging my BF to all of our picture so I can let his so called "friends" or as I call them "groupies" know that I am around...all the time (so everytime you look at my man's photo's you will see my a** in them too...TRY ME AND GET YUOR FEELINGS HURT).

-Because I still like Facebook status updates- Yes Twitter updates are accessible all day but sometimes they are so obnoxious. Facebook statuses are more genuine to be and simple. I don't like to see all the time someone update how they just "used the bathroom" or "I cant sleep so I am going to tell you everything I am doing by the second until I tire myself out". Facebook users know better not update their status all the time.

-Because I can see people I have seen literally in decades- Yes Facebook is responsible for connecting us with people we have not seen since forever. Yes I have even reaquainted myself with people from my elementary school. We dont have elementary school reunions so thanks Facebook! And speaking of reunions, soon people can forget their 10 year reunions because you pretty much will know everyones lives and updates, what will be the point soon? I guess personally connection...Damnit I guess I will still go to mine.

-Because I dont have to be your friend, but you can still kind of see me.- This is targeted to someone in my past. I am not this person's friend on FB nor do I want to. I dont want him to see my updates or my pictures nor do I wanna see this person's info. But this person wanted to be so close to me in anyway they could, so they befriended one of my best friends...so this person can see all of my pictures if me & her are tagged together. They get a sprinkle of my life but still closed out. I love it!

Because Facebook is the ish- Since I joined in '05 it never failed me. It might go through its little stupid layout changes and such, but it is still my fav social media tool. Facebook I will not neglect you (unless you F-up).

Hello people!

Yeah I know long time no update.

See what had happened was, like...I have not been in a good mood to blog.
At all.

I wanted to trust me. I just didnt want to blog about my stressors and write about negative stuff. Thats not me. If there is something going on in my life, I dont look for a pity party I seek God.

So I think I am ready to start blogging again. I am still a little stress out...about to graduate and something else personal that is going on in my life...but everything will be all good and work itself out!

This used to be my favorite song when I was 15...but what the heck did I know about some damn love? Nothing...I just like the song. But I find myself listening to songs now and really relating to them. Like they are not just lyrics or a nice beat, they mean alot to me. They speak the words that I was not smart enough to come up with myself and put in with a melody that will make me feel it even more. So right now I am speechless...this song does it all for me!

I was gonna state how she is a very beautiful and talented woman and I wish people would give her more recognition. Well I think Keri wants to get recognition the Hollywood way.

But what I mean by getting recognition the "Hollywood" way is meaning when your looks and talent is not getting you attention by itself...you have to take other measures to get some buzz...

Examples: Change your hair [Christina Milian I am talking about you and its not cute], have a sextape, take revealing shots, have a reality show, get hooked up with someone that no one would expect [Christina Milian I am talking about you with Dream thats is not working either], get into an altercation with your mate a break up, get hooked on drugs and go to rehab, get pregnant [bonus make sure you have twins], and the oldie but goodie...have some beef with someone!

So Keri took the route to start some beef with not one R&B chick but two!

Yeah adding T-Pain & Lil Wayne[T-Wayne] to your song these days automatically brings attention I guess
